Hi Iasmina,
Ok…after watching your video, I double checked just to make sure I spelled your name correctly before leaving this comment. Lol!
I wanted to start by thanking you for taking the time to create this instructional tool for authors, like myself, who don’t know the proper etiquette when it comes to submitting their books to bookvloggers/bloggers. It was extremely helpful. I was in the process of lining up some reviewers who I thought shared an interest in my book’s genre and you were one of those on the top of the list. However, I had a question when it came to submitting books in a series.
The second book in my epic fantasy series will be releasing October 1st. In your opinion as a respected book reviewer, would it be more beneficial for me to request reviewers like yourself to review the new book coming out, or is it better to ask reviewers to look at the first book in the series, especially if the reviewer hasn’t read the first book?
I appreciate any advice you can give me. Once again, thank you for what you do and for taking the time to help these authors out.
Best,
Michael Wisehart
